My fellow citizens in Malaysia,

Dear Malaysian friends,

The deep bonds of friendship and brotherhood between Türkiye and Malaysia date back to the past and form the basis of our multi-faceted relations.

As the Turkish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, we will strive to further strengthen our relations by working on this strong basis, which is already established. In this regard, I believe that the existing political will in both countries will facilitate the work of our Embassy.

I attach great importance to the human basis of our relations. For this reason, I expect both our citizens and our Malaysian friends to share all their requests and needs with us via our website.

As the Embassy, our main goal is to further improve the quality of services and accelerate the process of the consular services we provide for our citizens living in Malaysia at the consular section of our Embassy. To that end, your opinions and recommendations will be an important guideline for our work.

We will continue to support all the needs of our students, who are living and studying in Malaysia.

Besides, improving commercial and economic relations between our countries is another priority in a world struggling to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic and experiencing serious economic difficulties. In this regard, we will increase our contacts with Turkish and Malaysian business people.

A better mutual understanding of Turkish and Malaysian cultures and the use of the existing tourism potential in the two friendly countries at the highest level will accelerate the further development of our relations. In this context, we aim at increasing our promotional activities.
