Entry visas (sticker visa) to Turkey can only be issued by the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Turkey.

In Malaysia, it is only the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Kuala Lumpur, which is the legitimate institution for issuing visas to Turkey.

In Malaysia, no other office, company or agent has the authority to handle applications for entry visa to the Republic of Turkey.

On the other hand, citizens of the countries who are eligible for e-visas can obtain their visas online through the official e-visa website of the Republic of Turkey stated below:
